Orders that have been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be canceled directly.
However, you can refuse the delivery or initiate a return once the product arrives, following our Return & Exchange policy.

Custom or personalized orders are generally non-cancelable once production has started.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
