- Customized, intimate, or perishable items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Pack the items securely, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Send the package via a trackable courier service.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges & Replacements:
- Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or product variations, subject to stock availability.
